  1. Bad behavior will be repeated sooner than one that I mark Good at class. How to keep reinforce the good skill?
LR will follow up with some representatives of the learners to guide and lead them back on track of learnt skill application using case study, reinforcement tool, game etc.

  1. What kind of tool that LR uses in the class?
LR will us learning method called “ Experiential learning” from HRDQ. Experiential learning is the basis of every product we develop for a good reason: it’s a tried and true method of training that makes learning stick. An increased interest in learning, better long-term retention, and an easier transfer of learning to the workplace are just some of the advantages.

Based on the works several well-known adult learning theorists, the HRDQ Experiential Learning Model™ illustrates the learning process as a fluid cycle — with actions for both the facilitator and the learner. From Focusing to Integrating, each phase of the model furthers the movement toward the learning goal.

  1. Besides experiential learning model, what else that LR will help learner to enhance their focus skills?
LR also uses the Training Games in power point format. All of the instructor-led training titles are designed to create a new, interactive learning experience in a fun and participative environment.
These games were modified to match with the program’s contents by create multiple choice questions to get learners make many quizzes.

  1. What the reproducible training program means?
It is the set of Ready, Print, Train, Satisfy customizable and reproducible programs. Each program comes ready to train, complete with a Participant Guide, Facilitator Guide, and PowerPoint® presentation.
Its key benefits are comprehensive, cost effective, time ready and learning culture.
